Acceptance of Terms

Consultation Booking & Reservation Policy
Reservation Fee
A reservation fee may be required to secure a consultation appointment slot. This fee represents a commitment to your scheduled appointment and is credited toward your total consultation cost. The reservation fee structure is displayed clearly on our booking page at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any reservation deposit

- Hollyburn Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, with notice to the patient as soon as practicable
Consultation Fees & Treatment Credits
Consultation fees are charged for the professional time and services provided during your assessment appointment, regardless of whether you proceed to treatment. Consultation fees credited toward treatment are applied at the discretion of the practice and apply only to treatment booked within a reasonable timeframe of the consultation.
